What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finisher/Inspector position at DuraMark Technologies?
Express Image, a DuraMark company is a family-owned and operated specialty printer based in Minnesota. With over 75 years of experience, our talented team utilizes advanced technology to create high-quality specialty printed products. We provide prompt services and quick turnarounds by understanding our customers’ design, shipping, and quantity preferences. We have secured new contracts and are growing quickly!
Job Duties:
Responsible for preparing printed and cut jobs for shipping to customer.
- Review and follow the job ticket
- Ensure the job meets the customers' specifications and requirements(determine correct finishing method – weeding, punching, or roll inspecting, correct pack or roll amount, pack or roll type, keep different parts separate, inspect according to documented processes or methods, work on rush parts first if needed, routing to quality assurance, shipping, inventory, weekly staging, or downstream departments)
- Ensure all parts in each pack meet specifications and are counted correctly
- Ensure finished goods are accurately put into stock inventory
- Complete sample file folders on a daily basis
- Help to maintain proper inventory levels of materials
- Ability to analyze and resolve challenges

We are ideally looking for a full-time candidate. During training, hours would be Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. After training, hours would be Mon-Fri from 9:30am-6pm. We are looking for someone who would like to work overtime when it's available due to workload.
