We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Agent to serve as our customers’ first point of contact and take care of their fence orders. Front Desk Sales Agent responsibilities include taking care of customers orders and answering questions. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the retail business, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take care of their fence material orders, and process payments.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Prepare small hardware orders.
- Schedule outgoing deliveries and update delivery schedule.
- Maintain shelves well stocked.
- Answer customers' questions and concerns.
- Prepare shipping tickets for outgoing orders.
- Maintain updated price list and keep up with price changes
Skills
- Work experience in customer service and retail.
- Simple Math skils
- Basic computer skills and knowledge, Word and Excel
- Friendly and uplifting etiquette
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Fence material knowledge not required, but it's a plus.
