We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of tax professionals. Your main duties will include handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, preparing and maintaining documents, and providing general office support remotely. Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming calls and emails, redirect them to the appropriate team member
- Schedule appointments and maintain a master calendar
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Maintain and organize both paper and electronic files
- Receive and process payments
- Provide general office support such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
