What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Durango Mall?
The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to company operating and safety standards. This is NOT a seasonal position.
- Experience in the housekeeping and/or custodial field. Primary role is cleanliness and maintenance of building and grounds.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems and practices preferred including experience with commercial equipment and systems such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners, snow removal equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and irrigation systems.
- Must be available for a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and Holidays.
- Must be dependable and personable including assisting customers with questions.
Hours for this position are dependent on experience and availability.
