Job Description
This full-time Radiology Technologist position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures, including pain orthopedic radiology, pediatric radiology, and operating room radiology. Your strong communication skills and ability to work well with others will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform pain orthopedic radiology, pediatric radiology, and operating room radiology procedures
- Filе and log x-rays accurately
- Maintain up-to-date records of all imaging procedures
- Report findings to physicians in a clear and concise manner
- Utilize downtime to complete other assigned tasks, such as room turnovers, restocking warmer, and specialty carts
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
- 1-2 years' experience in C-Arm and Portable x-rays in an operating room setting
- Pain experience preferred
- ARRT Registered, State of Nevada MRT, and CPR Current
- Knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and Joint Commission Regulations
- Independent decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
