Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including pain orthopedic radiology, pediatric radiology, and operating room radiology. Your expertise will also extend to filing and logging x-rays, maintaining accurate records, and reporting findings to physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Pain orthopedic radiology, pediatric radiology, and operating room radiology
- Filing and logging x-rays
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reporting findings to physicians
- Utilizing downtime to perform other assigned tasks, including room turnovers, restocking warmer, specialty carts, etc.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
- 1-2 years' experience in C-Arm and Portable x-rays in an operating room setting
- Pain experience preferred
- ARRT Registered, State of Nevada MRT, and CPR Current
- Knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and Joint Commission Regulations
- Independent decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
