Job Summary: The Revenue Auditor is responsible for verifying revenue for the organization and ensuring that cash operations are being administered effectively.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean cash bags for all stores, reservations, parking and train.
- Reconcile daily cash bags/drawers and credit card deposits.
- Maintain/Scan an organized filing system for all daily reports to attach to journal entry in accounting software.
- Prepare revenue reports including daily ridership, departmental revenue, and cashier worksheets.
- Prepare daily revenue spreadsheet for accounting system. Follow up with daily reconciliation issues.
- Prepare bank deposits and receipt verification.
- Audit of vault monthly.
- Maintain checks received log to be sure checks are getting deposited and recorded to the accounting department.
- Work with department managers to assist with daily audit and system reporting.
- Monitors special event functions with cash bag needs and revenue reporting.
- Other like duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent/college degree in the related area is preferred
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative setting
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Possess strong computer skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs, sorting, filtering, etc.) and proficiency with Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
- Experience with accounting software a plus
- A majority of time is spent in an office setting
- Some time spent walking in and around facility where uneven ground surfaces and materials are commonplace
- Fast-paced team environment
- Must work Saturdays and Sundays
Salary : $18 - $20
