Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Optician and Store Manager to independently manage and operate our store. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills of a Licensed Optician and the organizational ability to oversee all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear tailored to their specific needs and style preferences.
• Technical Expertise: Perform precise fittings and adjustments for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain an organized eyewear collection.
• Store Operations: Manage all aspects of daily operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Sales and Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience, offering expert advice on eyewear and lens options while achieving sales goals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Optician.
• At least 1 year of experience in eyewear dispensing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage all aspects of the store independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with optical laboratory equipment.
• Self-motivated, dynamic personality with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
