- CRM Proficiency: Utilizing our CRM system is non-negotiable. Accurate and timely data entry is essential to our success.
- Team Player: You’ll be part of a cohesive sales team and must collaborate effectively with both the outside sales and inside teams. We value individuals who understand they are part of the bigger picture and contribute to our collective goals.
- Participation: Regular attendance at weekly sales meetings and active participation in team initiatives is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Visit job sites daily and engage with potential clients.
- Accurately enter data into our CRM system and use it to manage your sales pipeline.
- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings and team events.
- Work collaboratively with the entire sales team to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while continuously seeking new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a competitive and high-energy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
