DuraServ is searching for a VP of Sales and Division Manager.  The position is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing both the sales and operations teams within a division. This individual will drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and optimizing operational processes. As a key member of the executive team, the VP of Sales will contribute to the division's overall success by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Recruit and retain successful sales staff

  • Execute sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, drive the business to meet and exceed annual budget
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Education and requirements

  • Degree required
  • Experience of dock or door industry is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record 

Compensation

  • Salary plus commission, (unlimited potential) commensurate with experience
