We are hiring an Inventory Control Specialist / Inventory Forecast Analyst!

This position analyzes and maintains production inventory levels in alignment with production schedules and customer demand to maintain quantities which ensure that product is available to our customers when needed. The Inventory Control Specialist / Inventory Forecast Analyst ensures that inventory costs are kept in line with our financial goals and objectives, that inventory processes and procedures are in compliance with our established quality systems, and opportunities for improvement are immediately communicated.

  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels per customer requirements.
  • Creates inventory reports and graphs for submission to appropriate individuals.
  • Runs reports for data entry accuracy to identify potential discrepancies between customer portal and internal ERP system.
  • Acts as back-up for Scheduler.

Position Requirements

Must haves :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three (3) years inventory management experience required.
  • Skills and abilities crucial to success in this role :

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with advanced aptitude in creating and managing spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance customer and company focused issues.
  • Ability to work independently without continued support from others.
