This Role:
Our team is currently seeking a Welder based at our production facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a 2nd Shift position, and shift hours are typically between the hours of 3:30PM - 12:00AM (Monday - Friday). We do work overtime as needed after the shift and on Saturdays.
Shift Premium for 2nd Shift positions is $1.25 / hour.
The Welder position is responsible to fabricate and weld products out of metal components. All interior weld seams must be leak free joints with acceptable physical appearance. All exterior welds are spot welded. At times, may be asked to perform work normally assigned to Processors.

Work Environment Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
