What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach - Assistant Girls Softball position at Durfee High School?
Job description:
- Ability to train and motivate athletes to perform at a peak level.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff.
- Desire to help student athletes achieve success beyond high school.
- Assist Head Coach with all required paperwork.
Qualification:
- High School Diploma; Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Knowledge in the fundamentals of the sport
- Coaching experience in the sport
- First Aid/CPR/A.E.D. Certification required.Must obtain MIAA coaching certification within one year of assignment.
- Ability to problem solve
- Good communication skills.
