Overview:
Durgin Pines is looking for a per diem receptionist to fill in as needed. There will be opportunity down the road to increase hours.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure it reflects a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
