ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Attendance Management:
- Generate and send daily attendance reports to supervisors and management.
- Manage the attendance point system and track employee attendance and tardiness.
- Issue attendance warnings in accordance with company policies and ensure timely return by supervisors.
- Assist employees and supervisors with inquiries related to attendance issues.
Receptionist Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming and professional front desk presence.
- Handle general inquiries from visitors and employees.
- Ensure all visitors are aware of safety protocols before going to production floor.
Data Entry:
- Enter data for various HR reports, employee questionnaires, and manual applications received.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data in HR systems and databases.
- Assist in data entry for manual Predictive Index assessments.
Employee Communication:
- Update the Employee Communication monitor with relevant announcements and information.
- Maintain communication through the Community HRIS, text messages, and bulletin boards.
- Ensure employees are informed about important updates, events, and policies.
Company Events and Employee Engagement:
- Assist with planning and coordination of company events and activities.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
Locker Management:
- Manage locker assignments for employees and maintain accurate records.
- Address locker-related inquiries and issues promptly.
Filing and Special Projects:
- Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by HR management.
- Support the department in various administrative tasks and projects.
Vending Machine Issues:
- Address and resolve vending machine issues promptly, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock vending machines as needed.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Keep detailed records of tool usage, maintenance activities, and inventory movements.
- Update the catalog quantities on hand based on sign-out sheets in each cabinet.
Eyewash Station\Fire Extinguisher and Safety:
- Assist and serve as a backup for weekly eyewash station and fire extinguishers inspections.
- Promote and adhere to safety protocols and procedures within the tool crib.
PPE Distribution:
- Assist with weekly distribution of PPE, when needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in all training as required.
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Reports any safety hazards, incidents, or concerns immediately to supervisors or designated safety personnel for prompt resolution.
- Participates actively in safety training programs and engages in promoting a culture of safety within the workplace, fostering a secure environment for everyone.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
