• Develop and implement curriculum that meets district requirements
• Provide supervision and evaluation of all personnel
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teacher growth and development
• Analyze student performance data to inform instruction
• Collaborate with special education personnel to develop IEPs for students
Required Qualifications
• CA Administrative Credential
• Proven experience in educational leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
