Duro-Last, a Division of Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC, has an opening for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at our Corporate Headquarters located in Saginaw, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, salary-based position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities that would report to the Vice President of Finance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.
Essential Job Functions :
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, incorporating analysis of variances and trends.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets across departments.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
