What You'll Do :
In your role as the Director of People & Culture, you are a key member, and trusted advisor, on the Dusty Robotics leadership team. Your mission is to drive a consistent People & Culture strategy, develop and maintain a solid operational support framework, and promote our culture through our core values and our commitment to diversity across the company. You will partner with leadership to align our people strategy to driving business results as we scale.
Reporting to the CEO, you are a champion for Dusty's mission, providing expertise and guidance in total rewards, change management, coaching / mentoring, talent development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, performance management and organizational design as we prepare to scale. As the point of contact for employee relations you are the shepherd for Dusty's culture and have passion for our mission and for the people that are helping to build, develop and expand that mission.
Responsibilities : People
- Partner with leadership to execute and drive employee empowerment and engagement initiatives that align to our values, vision, and mission
- Develop meaningful compensation & benefits strategies that align to our core values and long-term success
- Champion building organizational capabilities initiatives that strengthen and reinforce Dusty's values and maximize team capabilities in our high-performance culture
- Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to client group managers, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
- Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
