Job Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated Landscaping Crew Leader with a valid driver's license to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, working alongside the crew to ensure all landscaping projects are completed to customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for transporting the crew from site to site and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside the landscaping crew on various projects.
- Drive company vehicles and transport crew members to job sites.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.80 - $18.79 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
