Job Overview: We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Lead Administrator to oversee critical administrative functions and ensure seamless operations within our real estate company. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of working from home with in-office collaboration at our Lancaster, PA location. The Lead Administrator will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee property-related tasks, including coordinating maintenance, tenant communications, utilities, and compliance with regulations.
- Listings and Data Entry: Accurately input property listings and internal data into company databases and platforms, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize company calendars, scheduling meetings, property showings, and deadlines to keep the team on track.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact, receiving and disseminating calls, emails, and information to team members promptly and professionally.
- General Office Management: Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, receiving mail, depositing checks, etc.
- Acquisition and Sales Support: Follow detailed checklists to facilitate smooth processes for new property acquisitions and sales, ensuring all steps are completed accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support operational goals, providing administrative support to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, real estate software (e.g., MLS platforms), and general database management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Knowledge of property management, real estate processes, or office management is a plus.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
