We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Property Manager to join our team and support the management of our self-storage portfolio.
Job Overview: We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities. This fully remote position requires approximately 15-20 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, Saturday emergencies only). The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. We offer competitive compensation reflective of experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing: Handle customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and transactions.
- Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage leads, providing excellent customer service to prospective and current clients.
- Unit Leasing: Facilitate the leasing process for storage units, including preparing lease agreements and guiding customers through the rental process.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with on-site maintenance staff to address facility upkeep, repairs, and operational needs.
- Dispute Resolution: Address customer concerns related to maintenance and billing, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management, customer service, or a related field; self-storage experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining accountability and responsiveness..
