Lead Product Manager - Member Experience

Role responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic vision and execution of our member site experience. Role will include ownership of Dutch’s key member funnels including facilitating vet interactions through call and messaging flows, product purchase, and account and order management
• Leads the site development strategy and implementation for the above key metrics, and builds out a customer journey that supports each over the course of a membership
• Lead our initial journey into a mobile app, partnering closely with UX and engineering on our strategy
• Ensure that the data strategy supports insights needed for product purchase and retention, and drives both customer and data insights and understanding of the key levers within the business impacting these areas.
• Works as both an individual contributor and a leader, partnering with development, UX and lifecycle/email teams to meet the goals set and agreed upon with the executive team
• Research, build, test, and iterate - this role requires passion about continuous learning with a focus on measured outcomes.  Expect to wear many hats and problem solve as areas require it

Why you're a great fit:

• Senior IC/Group/Principal product management experience - this role will have a broad scope and will require someone who can hit the ground running building insights and roadmap, as well as an arsenal of favorite tools in this area
• Must have experience building purchase flows - PDP, cart, checkout - bonus if these have been in Shopify - and demonstrating continuous, targeted improvement in conversion metrics
• You’re a partner and collaborator, who has experience working cross functionally with design, engineering, operations, and execs
• Data is your passion - you’ll query information yourself when you’re looking for an insight and partner with analytics to set up data structures that set you up for long term success in understanding customer behavior
• You’re a self starter who can work independently, and know how to bring people along and understand your decision making
• Rapid iteration is natural for you - you understand that products are ever-evolving and seek impact over perfection. You’re always thinking of the next test you want to run and have experience working with different A/B test platforms.
• You love talking to end users to further understand what they need from their Dutch experience, and use this feedback to build products and experiences

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with either startups, telehealth, or the pet industry previously
• Experience in eCommerce businesses, bonus if there was a membership component
• Have a pet/love animals!
