Description
Seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager with a strong background in System Security Management to oversee and maintain IT infrastructure while ensuring the security and integrity of the systems and data. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a strategic approach to IT management and security.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure optimal performance of IT systems, networks, and hardware, including troubleshooting and providing technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and improve IT systems, applications, and software solutions.
- Lead and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect systems, networks, and sensitive data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the development and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Requirements
- Top-Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- IAM Training, Certification, and Workforce Management Level III
- 5 years' experience in IT management, including hands-on experience managing complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or other relevant IT and security certifications
