Description
Seeking a highly motivated Program Manager III to support an enterprise DOJ cybersecurity program. This program will build upon established DOJ cybersecurity practices as well as provide an end-to-end assessment of existing systems. The Program Manager III will be responsible for all contract related activities, establishes policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, priorities, coordinates the management of all work performed on tasks under the contract, and coordinates the efforts of subcontractors, team members, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will:
- Work independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of performance including contract management, project/task order management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management.
- Support briefings, meetings and communicating recommendations and contract status verbally and in writing as required
- Perform oversight and management of all contractor contract activities
- Serve as the Government's single point of contact for all contract actions, questions, and recommendations, and being fully accountable for all contractor activities, deliverables and results
- Prepare and presenting written communications, plans, reports, briefings and briefing materials
- Participate in meetings and discussions
- Establish, document, and manage the scope, schedule, and resource allocation for projects and sustaining activities
- Identify and resolve problems and risks that could adversely impact performance, cost and/or delivery schedule
- Gather and provide multiple levels of metrics for management review showing functionality of the services and value added to the organization
Proficiency and/or certifications for the following tools and technologies:
- PMP certification is required.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience managing large, federated security projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, master's degree preferred.
- PMP certification is required.
- Top Secret clearance required.
