Description
Seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal Quality Control Manager candidate is detail-oriented, possesses the ability to convey complex information, and demonstrates a proven track record of ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of federal regulations and policies related to background investigations (e.g., FIS, OPM standards).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., ISO standards).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations and contractual requirements.
- Analyze complex data, identify trends, and take corrective actions to improve quality performance.
- Produce and maintain ownership of a dedicated Quality Control Plan.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal guidelines, policies, and standards related to background investigations, and integrate them into QC procedures.
Requirements
- Top-Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5 year's experience in quality control management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
