Food Packaging Associate Job Description
1. A Food Packaging Associate must Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.
2. A Food Packaging Associate must Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking and restocking cases to insure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation.
3. Prepare foods, in large quantities, carefully following Dutch-Way recipes.
4. A Food Packaging Associate must Take action to control shrinkage and pilferage losses.
5. A Food Packaging Associate must Follow sanitation program for maintenance of cases, back room coolers, prep areas, and refrigeration equipment.
6. A Food Packaging Associate must Ensure favorable department image with customers through a clean, attractive, and friendly department.
7. A Food Packaging Associate must Follow all company policies and procedures.
8. A Food Packaging Associate must Maintain and submit required records and reports.
9. A Food Packaging Associate must Maintain good communications in store and throughout the organization.
10.A Food Packaging Associate must Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Government Sanitation regulations, Weights and Measure Laws, etc. Keep current tare sheet posted.
11. A Food Packaging Associate must Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
12. A Food Packaging Associate must wear hat, hairnet, or hair restraint; plastic gloves and any other items required by government sanitation regulations or company policy.
