Host / Hostess Job Description
1. A Host / Hostess must Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.
2. A Host / Hostess must Greet customers in a timely manner.
3. A Host / Hostess must Relay orders to kitchen.
4. A Host / Hostess must Serve order to customers and continue to meet their needs as they eat.
5. A Host / Hostess must Ring up customer’s checks, take payment and make change.
6. A Host / Hostess must Clean tables, counters, seats, and area around table after customer leaves.
7. A Host / Hostess must Reset table or counter and make sure supplies are well filled.
8. A Host / Hostess must Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
9. A Host / Hostess must Follow all store policies and procedures.
