Light Maintenance Associate Job Description
1. A Light Maintenance Associate must Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.
2. A Light Maintenance Associate must Maintain (preventative maintenance) all store equipment and store facilities.
3. A Light Maintenance Associate must Repair store’s equipment or store’s facilities as needed.
4. A Light Maintenance Associate must Supervise all projects and work performed by store maintenance personnel or outside vendors.
5. A Light Maintenance Associate must Maintain all state and local licensing or permitting required to perform plumbing, electric, refrigeration, and H.V.A.C. repairs.
6. A Light Maintenance Associate must Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
7. A Light Maintenance Associate must Follow all store policies and procedures.
