JOB SUMMARY
The Sr Supervisor will support the General Manager in the execution of retail store operations while gaining skills and experience required for advancement to store management roles. This position will act as the onsite store manager in the absence of the General Manager. In addition to their responsibilities within the store, the Sr Supervisor will work with cross functional partners to develop a broader understanding of the organization.
