Orthodontic New Patient Coordinator
This position plays and key role in introducing new patients to our orthodontic practice and ensuring they have a seamless experience from their first call to the start of treatment. Seeking a friendly, confident and professional candidate with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities will include:
-Greet and welcome new patients to the practice, providing a warm and professional first impression
-Schedule initial consultations
-Gather patient information, insurance details and medical histories
-Communicate with dentists and referring offices
-Assist with insurance verifications
-Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems
-Work closely with our Treatment Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience in customer service or administrative roles (orthodontic or dental office preferred)
-Friendly, reliable, team player
-Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively (bilingual is a plus!)
-Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
-Detail and goal oriented with the ability to multi-task
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
