Responsibilities
- Apply window tint film to various types of vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Assess customer needs and provide expert recommendations on tint options.
- Utilize auto estimating techniques to determine material requirements for each job.
- Perform glass installation and replacement as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to window tinting.
Experience
- Proven experience in auto glass installation or automotive repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and the use of hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or similar environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
