Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and involves working closely with other marketing and company associates.
Manage the creation of visual and graphic elements for marketing-related materials.
Ensure all templates, graphics, visual elements and materials adhere to defined brand guidelines and design standards.
Proactively work with project owners to move requests forward and maintain set deadlines while providing outstanding service.
Maintain organized library of all project files.
Coordinate printing and delivery of materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

5 years of graphic design experience.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Excellent writing and editing skills.

Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Demonstrates strong typography skills, excellent understanding of color usage, attention to detail and brand awareness.

Be willing to negotiate in a team setting.
