Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and boardroom. This includes:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and cleaning bathrooms
- Using safe cleaning practices and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized laundry room and equipment
- Washing, drying, and folding linens and other items
- Treating and sanitizing items as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Previous customer service experience, with a focus on providing excellent guest service
- Clean and professional appearance, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
