What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter position at Dutech Solutions?
Hello!
I am seeking a results-driven call center representative in my roofing specialized marketing agency who is proficient in English and has a minimal non-American accent. Please do not apply if you have never worked as an appointment setter before and do not meet these language requirements! ππΌ
You must also have basic experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools and be highly coachable with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and initiate outbound dials to leads for roofing contractors around the U.S.
- Maintain clear and punctual communication with the team.
- Use GoHighLevel to manage our client CRMs.
- Enter appointment data into Google Sheets to track performance.
Pay:
- $640 base $10 per appointment shown
- 70% show rate β No bonus
- 80% show rate β $200 bonus
- 90% show rate β $500 bonus
Base salary is dispersed biweekly
Commissions are dispersed monthly
Requirements:
β’ Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
β’ Sales knowledge and the ability to handle English objections
β’ Have a positive/energetic personality
β’ Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
β’ Able to follow step-by-step instructions
β’ Stable internet connection
β’ Reliable electricity
β’ A great quality microphone
β’ Dual monitor screens
β’ Internet speed of at least 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
β’ Be able to work the following shift: 11am-7pm Eastern Standard Time.
Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your shift slot permanently. You will be expected to do this shift on the same days and times each week.
