Title: A392-ESG-Material Coordinator II
Location: Odessa, TX
Location: 100% Onsite
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-call every 3 weeks)
Length of Assignment: 6 months with potential for conversion
Job Description:
Under general supervision, the Warehouse Materials Handler is responsible for ensuring timely movement of materials and goods, accurate storage, and inventory management. The role also includes maintaining warehouse cleanliness and supporting daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely movement of materials and goods.
- Accurately store and transfer products to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate materials from vendors to warehouse and from warehouse to the field via Goods Receipt/Goods Issues.
- Manage physical capacity within the yard and communicate with vendors and logistics team members.
- Ensure chemicals are transferred into the correct vessels per customer requirements and current capacity.
- Conduct accurate and timely inventory movements in SAP when items are dispatched from the facility.
- Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in material handling.
- Prior experience in an operations environment preferred.
- Knowledge and use of handheld scanners.
- Lift truck certification preferred.
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
- Experience in chemicals warehousing is highly desired.
- Inventory and sales order reconciliation experience required.
Additional Skills:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Effective communication via email, Teams, text, and phone.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree is not required but is preferred.

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
