Job Description
8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Min 5 years of experience, served as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (i.e., Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.). Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data, and as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology, and any project management experience with PMP are a huge plus.
SALARY RANGE: 124K TO 134K Per Annum
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience (Minimum 8 Years):
System Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues for WIC clinic staff and participants related to Participant Portal, MIS, and EBT systems.
Training Development & Delivery: Create and deliver training modules in areas such as nutrition education, clinic services, and infant feeding as they relate to the MIS system.
System Analysis & Implementation Support: Participate in the analysis and resolution of MIS/EBT issues, helping to implement system solutions.
Requirement Analysis & Feedback: Work with state and local agency staff to collect user requirements and provide testing/training feedback to business leads for system enhancements.
Project Consultation & Escalation: Escalate complex project decisions to business leads for final approval and resolution.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design and execute UAT test cases impacting the WIC MIS system.
Documentation Review: Review and provide input on release notes and communication materials related to EBT benefits, client portal, and system updates before going live.
Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Project Deliverable Review: Review requirements, designs, and complex deliverables provided by vendors, especially for EBT transitions.
Project Tracking: Monitor and report progress to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Test Plan Development: Build and finalize test plans to validate technical solutions.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external users by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and improving planning/business processes.
Team Guidance: Offer process guidance and clarification to colleagues and interested parties.
Prompt Inquiry Handling: Handle all requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Sprint Summary Review: Review and interpret Sprint summary reports to ensure development progress and alignment.
Dual Participation Review: Conduct monthly reviews of dual participation records in the WIC MIS system.
