This in office position will be responsible for selling, quoting and supporting products to electrical utilities and municipalities in the Midwest. The products will include metering equipment, AMR/AMI systems and their supporting hardware and software. Other duties include technical support, monitoring the performance of AMI systems, investigate and resolve anomalies, reconcile meter data with billing systems to ensure accuracy and identifying customer needs proactively.

Let’s see if you’re qualified:
- Background in utility metering is desired, but will train the right candidate
- Experience with IoT, network topologies, basic TCP/IP principles are a plus
- Knowledge of electrical theory and principles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adjust priorities
- Windows 11, Microsoft Teams and Office 365
- Self-motivation to learn and sell the latest in upcoming technologies
- Sales/Marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
