RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve existing customers in a professional and customer friendly manner
- Actively seek new potential customers
- Develop relationships with customers through follow up contacts
- Educate customers on the value of Dutton Motor Company’s vehicles
- Assist customers in the selection of right automobiles
- Thoroughly discuss the features and benefits of the vehicle
- Conduct sales negotiations
- Follow up for post-sale customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss sales results and strategies
- Accurately complete appropriate paperwork (sales orders, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in auto sales
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must have the confidence to negotiate and close the sale
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
