- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish
