Responsibilities :
- Managing a variety of accounts worth $8k - $2m across healthcare, retail, hospitality and finance
- Ensuring retention of accounts by securing renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships with C-Suite
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
- Cross, upsell and find opportunities for growth within your accounts.
- Creating presentation decks to deliver to clients
- Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
