Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Irrigation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of irrigation system installation for commercial and residential construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee irrigation installation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train field crews, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Design Review: Collaborate with the design team to evaluate irrigation plans and provide input to optimize efficiency and functionality.
- System Installation: Ensure proper installation of irrigation systems, including pumps, valves, controllers, and piping.
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or changes during the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and troubleshoot system issues to ensure proper functionality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor materials and equipment, ensuring availability for projects while managing costs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in irrigation system installation and construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including drip, spray, and advanced controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
