About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a motivated and skilled Irrigation Maintenance Technician to be a key player in our team. You’ll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring that underground sprinkler systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to perfection. Your expertise will keep our clients' landscapes lush, green, and thriving.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect and Perfect: Perform detailed monthly inspections, spotting any issues and making the necessary repairs to keep everything running smoothly.
- Tech Troubleshooter: Use your know-how to troubleshoot wiring problems and retrofit systems with the latest upgrades.
- Installation Pro: Lead the charge in installing new underground sprinkler systems that are built to last.
- Stay Organized: Keep your vehicle and equipment clean and in top condition – because a tidy workspace is a happy workspace!
- Paperwork Champ: Handle paperwork like a pro, keeping things organized and on time.
- Team Player: Communicate with managers daily, work independently when needed, and team up when it’s game time.
- Safety First: Always wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and prioritize safety.
What You’ll Need:
- A valid Florida driver’s license – must-have!
- A High School diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years of experience as an irrigation technician – you know your stuff!
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
- Physical strength to lift 50 lbs. or more and the ability to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions.
- 2 forms of ID.
