Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team here at Duval Total Care. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. As a vital part of our crew, you will work outdoors, utilizing various hand and power tools to ensure our clients' lawns and gardens are well-kept and flourishing.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn maintenance on Commercial or Residential lawn for a pristine appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for landscape maintenance, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.Landscape Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Work with crew to provide landscape services to all properties on your route. This includes Mowing, Trimming, Weed eating, Edging, Blowing, Unloading and Loading equipment at each property, Removing loose trash and debris from landscape area prior to mowing, removing weeds from sidewalks, curb lines and beds, and dead heading flowers.
- Fuel Equipment Daily.
- Follow proper safety protocols while working with equipment.
- Always appear and act professional and courteous at each job site.
- Provide excellent customer service and be professional when customers decide to speak with you on a job site.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping is advantageous.
- A strong understanding of landscape design principles is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications
- Must have class E Driver's License
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
