Location : St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – 3 days in office

What You’ll Do
Develop, implement, and oversee an enterprise-wide security and risk management program.
Establish and enforce security policies, risk assessment processes, and compliance standards.
Manage security incidents to protect the organization's intellectual property and reputation.
Provide tactical and strategic security guidance for IT projects.
Lead a team of 12-13 full-time professionals, plus contractors, to build and optimize security frameworks.
Oversee security tools, including Microsoft Suite, Okta, and SailPoint.
Support cybersecurity initiatives, process automation, and data governance improvements.
