Project Manager – Software Development
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software-related projects on time and within scope. This role ensures that all project requirements are met while coordinating the efforts of internal teams and external consultants . Additionally, the Project Manager defines and oversees test plans and validation scenarios to ensure successful implementation and may support Senior and Lead Project Managers as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication materials.
- Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders .
- Collaborate with department managers to secure necessary project resources.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths .
- Establish and maintain project timelines, schedules, and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver status reports and requirements documentation .
- Proactively manage scope changes , identify risks, and develop contingency plans .
- Define success criteria and communicate them across the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements.
