Duxbury Animal Hospital is looking to hire an enthusiastic, professional, experienced Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team.

We have a focus on providing cutting edge medical and surgical treatments while remaining committed to a strong preventive medicine program, all given with empathy and positivity. Our hospital expansion is almost complete, bringing state-of-the-art services to our clients on the South Shore.
The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, greeting and checking in all clients for office appointments, including paperwork for clients to fill out, scanning all paperwork, entering all demographic information into the electronic health record, entering referrals for office visits into EMR, scanning for staff as needed, and working closely with doctors and staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Previous reception/front-desk experience in multi-phone setting.
Able to multi-task quickly and accurately.
Adept at utilizing various software programs and have the ability to learn new software quickly.
Positive, can-do attitude with coworkers and clients.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Teams a plus.
COMPENSATION
