What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.
- Education: A high school diploma is preferred, but what matters most is your leadership, passion, and drive.
- Lead & Inspire: Be the example that motivates and empowers your team to be their best.
- Guest Champion: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
- Results-Driven: You’ll focus on driving sales, boosting profitability, and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
