Our Shipping Department is growing and we are searching for a reliable teammate. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Lead to join our team at D.V. KAP Home, a leading manufacturer of decorative pillows. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of outgoing orders and contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily FedEx pick-up
- Verify all outgoing shipments
- Count, weigh, measure and examine packaging and items
- Communicate with management and office staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Ensure all applicable shipping compliance regulations are upheld
- Support other areas within the department, as needed or required
Requirements
- Must have dependable attendance and be a team player
- Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail are a must
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields is a plus
