The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial division.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise team of Superintendents
- Oversee/assist each Superintendent performance to assure they are completing all required functions
- Provide training to any superintendents that may lack in any area of their job functions
- Coordinate, organize and schedule projects
- Continue to grow usage of company Track Report tool
- Continue to grow quality assurance program to achieve 100% completion of projects
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Daily Quality Assurance
- Confirm JHA’s are filled out daily by team
- Contribute to and grow overall safety culture
- Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment
- Monitor camera notifications for commercial
- vehicles Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Support and abide by the values of the company
- Other duties as assigned
