Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily labor needs.
- Teams may be responsible for both residential or commercial repair, TI, and warranty work.
- Must be presentable and represent company to the customers.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to take photos and create reports on phone or smart tablet.
- Able to detect leaks and provide temporary and permanent repairs.
- PPE and safety training is provided.
- Any drivers are expected to present a clean MVR, otherwise they will be assigned to a team with a truck.
- Assist team with various tasks as needed.
- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Support and abide by the values of the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
